ZOMG! I just thought I'd like to remind my older watchers of this stamp(and show it to some of the newer ones). This is, in fact, my most favourited devation to date(and 2nd most viewed, the most viewed is my DinoSaurs Fan comic{ [link] }, which makes me a little sad, because I don't like it all that much, the punchline is crap!).
And this is really kinda weird, 'cause I put like no work into this. XD

Maybe I should just make a stamp supporting some random fandom. XD First things first, anime/manga stamps! >:3

Yah that's basicly what inspired it, along with those reusable bag you can get at stores, they are black and say tis bag is green, and when ever my mom goings grocery shopping and uses one of those and I see it I shout "That's a lie!", lol, what is the thought police anyways?

Hm, I've never seen those bags.

The Thought Police? :devilish: You've obviously never read 1984, my friend. Big Brother (the head of a country, though it's debatable if he really exists) can say anything he wants and everyone believes him. You'd have to read the book to really get it, but if the government says (using the telescreens to communicate to the people) anything at all (eg: that the chocolate ration was raised the previous day even though it was really lowered) the people have to play along, and it gets to the point where they really believe what they're told. But if they don't believe it and start thinking bad things about the gov (let's just call the gov Big Brother or BB to keep things straight) and they give any hint that they might be thinking these things, then they're kidnapped in the middle of the night by the Thought Police. No one ever sees them again, and no one who hasn't been kidnapped by the Thought Police knows what happens when they're kidnapped. Basically, they're tortured both mentally and physically until they really do believe everything BB says. If BB said "2+2=5" then it's true (an example right out of the book). If he said that it's a nice sunny day even though it was raining people would believe it. So it has been decided that my friend V-chan is the new Big Brother and I an the head of the Thought Police. Our slogan is 2+2=3. And it's true. And if you don't believe it, then you WILL by the time I'm done with you. :mwahaha: So, thusly, I can also make people believe that this stamp is green and not black. It IS green. It really is. *lurks away ominously*
